Crochet Daisy Square Blanket Class PART ONE
Saturday 14 June
Corrimal - 10:30am - 3 Hours
Clair Coles
This popular Daisy Sqaure blanket pattern works up quickly if you use chunky yarn.
It's a great modern pattern, and once you've mastered the skills, you will confidently be able to continue on your crochet journey.
Note: This class is suitable for beginners who already know the basics - how to hold their hook, and chain, if you can do that then this class is for you. I will be teaching you how to make the modern popular daisy granny square blanket. This class will be done in a few parts - making the squares is class one, then joining the squares and adding a border to the blanket is class two. The additional class will be scheduled at the first class to ensure all can attend.
For this class you can bring your own yarn and materials or you can purchase a daisy square blanket yarn kit by emailing the teacher of the class at
[email protected]
Important: if not purchasing a yarn kit you need to bring the following:
It is recommended that you bring:
- Chunky yarn, at least 12ply at minimum, in three different colors (centre of flower, petals, and main colour of your squares), and a hook that matches your yarn requirements. Please note a thicker ply yarn works up bigger and quicker, meaning less squares to make overall
All patterns and instructions, including follow up video tutorials, are included in the class cost.
